The higher vocational education is a very important constituent part of our national education.Our purpose is to train the talented people who will be up with the party's basic line,who will apply to the forefront of production,construction,administration,service,train a high-skilled person with the development of morality,intelligence, health and aesthetics.The primary task before us is the training that according to the job-seeking,the ability improving.We should focus on the ability which fit for the position,as we were held by the aspects of the quality of teachers,the limit on pitches,which lead to no assurance of the effective learning inside and outside the class,prevent our tennis teaching from improvement.That needs us to carry out the new educational and theoretical teaching method to bring up the students with particular level of tennis.Our research is trying to introduce the CBE teaching system through the experiment,papers,mathematical statistics,improve the teaching mode from four level of target: processing structure,theoretical strategies,evaluation,and we will contrast it with the traditional teaching mode to do research on the practical effect of tennis teaching.We divided the students' ability into matrix module skill,which will have the operant ability;will train the ability and quality of tennis learning truly.Through the development of teaching module,teaching strategies and evaluation system of tennis skill,we can advance the students' technological skill and give the proof to the tennis learning reform.Meanwhile we can enrich the colleges' teaching theories,and provide the referent meaning to the reform of other subjects.Conclusion:CBE is a system of teaching of target training,position fitting. The whole thrust of the theory is the ability-first which means the mixture of completing the vocational task and the knowledge,skill and attitude to finish it. The key to the ability-first teaching module is the enactment of the ability diagrams,which need to combine the core technology of tennis with the abilities organically.Then we need the instruction books which are the key tools to the students' positive learning.It is the highlight that the mutual teaching mode applied in the processing of carrying out the ability-first teaching module.We can solve the problem of teaching and chart-making then improve the system while we are implementing the program.Within the process,we raised the interests and initiative by surrounding the ability training,regular of sports skill-forming obeying,the traditional learning role-playing of the teachers within classroom.Contrasting to the negative learning effect,we raise the teaching quality obviously.From the consequences of experiments,though there is no big difference between CBE and traditional teaching module,we can learn tennis skill better through CBE system.We can see that the development classes are better in the training,competition organizing,refereeing by contrasting.
