Research On The Influence Of "ABS40+Table Tennis" On The Technical Aspect Of The High Level Table Tennis Players In Colleges And Universities

Table tennis is known as China's "national Ball",in China's universities and colleges to carry out is also very popular.At present,in China's ordinary colleges and universities have 276 of the recruitment of sports special students,of which about 40 colleges and universities of high-level sports teams to recruit table tennis high-level athletes,each year about 500 people through this way into the heart of the university,The technical level of these high level athletes plays an important role in the development of table tennis in this university to a certain extent.However,due to the International Table Tennis Federation in recent years to the table tennis ball material reform,first will use nearly a century of celluloid material table tennis replaced with cellulose acetate plastic material table tennis,and the acetate fiber plastic material table tennis replaced with ABS40+ plastic material table tennis,Such frequent replacements have led many high-level athletes in colleges and universities to end their athletic careers prematurely.From the development of table tennis,we can know that every change in technology or materials,athletes will be in a short period of time to make technical and strategic changes.Facing the new requirements brought by the change of table tennis sphere material,whether the high Level table tennis team in colleges and universities can add the training on ABS40+ material table tennis in time according to the change of table tennis material,in order to meet the new technical and strategic requirements of high level table tennis players in colleges and universities.Only by quickly adapting to the influence of the change of ABS40+ material table tennis sphere,the high Level table tennis players in colleges and universities can get the opportunity in the competition,therefore,this paper studies the influence of ABS40+ material sphere reform on the training content of Jilin University High Level table tennis team,and analyzes ABS40+ The new requirements of table tennis reform for the technical,tactical and physical training of Jilin University high level table tennis players and the change of training content strategy to deal with the change of the sphere.Conclusion:1.Compared with cellulose acetate and celluloid,ABS40 table tennis has the characteristics of high density,high melting temperature,low water absorption,low temperature and brittleness,low cost and non-toxic environmental protection.Compared with the other two materials,table tennis balls are more round,heavier in weight,slightly larger in volume and higher in bounce.2.Compared with cellulose acetate and celluloid,the winning factors of ABS40 table tennis have the characteristics of fast rebound speed,slow flight speed,small strength,weak rotation(angular speed),accurate landing point,arc closer to the net and so on.3.Compared with cellulose acetate and celluloid table tennis,ABS40 table tennis has decreased the overall utilization rate and scoring rate of high-level table tennis players in colleges and universities,and the initiative of serving section has been limited to a certain extent,but the overall utilization rate of receiving and serving section has not changed obviously,but the scoring rate has increased,and the pressure on receiving and serving has been alleviated to a certain extent.The overall utilization rate of the persistent segment was significantly improved,but the score rate decreased slightly.The solid degree of physical ability and basic skills played a key role in this stage.
