Quantified Analysis Of The Features For Non-intellectual Factors Of The Young Female Volleyball Players In China

People's psychological activities could be divided into cognitive activities and intentional activities.Cognitive activities referred to the intellectual factors,including observation,attention,memory, thinking and imagination,while will activities referred to the non-intellectual factors,including motivation,interests,feelings, wills and characteristics.Non-intellectual factors were the dynamical regulation system of human activities,and played an important role in launching,fixing and compensating human's intellectual activities and exercise processes.By making an analysis of the non-intellectual factors of the young female volleyball players,the research had a positive realistic meaning in the understanding of the general situation of the Chinese young female volleyball players,in the strengthening of the support for the volleyball team,and in the raising of the position of Chinese volleyball team in the world.The research used the research method of literature,interview, statistics,logical analysis and so on.The young female volleyball players were taken as subjects."The questionnaire of basic information for Chinese volleyball female players" and "the questionnaire of non-intellectual factors for Chinese volleyball female players" were made following strict processes.Then the questionnaires were used for research.Meanwhile,"Questionnaires on the investigation of the non-intellectual factors of the teenage athletes in Shandong province" made by Liu Yimin and Rong Dunguo were also used.Statistical methods were used to compare and analyze the differences of the non-intellectual factors among different situations.The results indicated that:the young female volleyball players in China showed some differences in different directions in non-intellectual factors.The scores of athletic self-confidence, athletic passion and athletic will could be ranked "good",while others were "quite good".In the comparison of players of different training time,different positions,different athletic ranks and the comparison of players in and out our country in the same age,we could see differences in the developments of non-intellectual factors.At present most of the coaches in young female volleyball teams had no definite understanding of non-intellectual factors,let alone paying enough attentions to them.
