The current development of China's young women's volleyball team is closely related to its overall competitive strength and international status in the future.Therefore,this article uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other methods on the condition of the 2018 national youth women's volleyball training team,from the general status quo of China's youth volleyball training,the 2018 national youth women's volleyball team training of athletes,coaches,selection and training,competition and transportation situation and training to ensure a comprehensive analysis,find out the problems existing in the training process and targeted Suggestions are put forward.This paper draws the following conclusions through investigation:(1)In the management mechanism of Chinese young women's volleyball team training,the links between the training systems are not close enough,the communication is not flexible enough,and the coordination is not enough.Except the management mode of guangdong youth women's volleyball team is "joint management by government and enterprises",the management mode of most outstanding young women's volleyball teams in China is "government management",which often relies too much on the national financial allocation.(2)The team members in the training camp in 2018 have low sports level and poor academic performance,and the development trend of various body shape indicators and special physical fitness indicators is not consistent at all ages,so it is necessary to face up to their development situation;Players generally have clear goals,motivation and interest in training,which is conducive to the development of individual training career.(3)The coach team in 2018 is a team with rich teaching experience and high teaching level,which provides strong personnel guarantee for all young women's volleyball teams.However,there are still some problems that must be solved,such as the imbalance between the number of men and women and the frequency of job training.(4)The enrollment of young women's volleyball teams in 2018 is not optimistic.Most training units have limited selection scope and low scientific selection level.The transport direction of athletes is diversified,but the ability of each training unit to transport team members to the next level needs to be improved urgently.(5)Basically all the young women's volleyball teams in 2018 have scientific training plans,with reasonable training contents and time arrangement,which can ensure the training effect of athletes.However,there is still the problem that sports teams play fewer games,and the competition system needs to be improved.(6)There is a lack of funds for the training of young women's volleyball team in 2018,and there is a geographical gap.The national financial allocation is the only source of funds,and the allocation of funds is not reasonable.The training facilities are in good condition,providing a solid material guarantee for the training of Chinese young women's volleyball team.However,the team of young women's volleyball coaches is not fully equipped.
