Objective:Through using the method of electronic test This study attempts to conclude the characteristics of the upper limbs and legs muscles sending the strength,to improve and rationalize the project of strength training on the muscle of fencers,providing the basis theory for the teaching and the training.Methods:Simultaneous ME-6000 apparatus and videotaping to the experiment of the direct thrust,foot work and strength training for nine male epees,the study analyze the difference of EMG features of the upper limbs and legs muscles sending thestrength employing MegaWin software. Data statistics processing uses the T-test,One-way ANOVA and the Spearman relevance analysis.Results:(1)During the direct thrust,the finger muscles and the wrist muscle send out strength at fist and keeping the strength;however the brachial triceps muscle send out strength later,and send out strength at last time.(2) During the lunge,except the biceps muscles of thigh of the rear leg and the front leg send out strength later,the others muscles send out strength nearly meanwhile,the quadriceps muscle of thigh and gastrocnemius of the rear leg send out strength keeping longer time and contribute the most strength;the rectus femoris and tibialis anterior of the front leg send out strength keeping longer time,and the iEMG is bigger than other muscles.The iEMG of The tibialis anterior and rectus femoris of the rear leg are significant higher than the front leg. (3) In the recovery process,all the muscles of the rear leg send out strength at first,quadriceps muscle of thigh keep longer time,and contributing the most strength.The tibialis anterior,gastrocnemius,biceps muscles of thigh,quadriceps muscles of thigh send out strength in turn,the duration is all short,makes an effort slightly,the iEMG of The gastrocnemius,biceps muscles of thigh,quadriceps muscles of thigh of the front leg is significant higher than the front leg.(4) in the the process of lunge after forward two step,the iEMG of the front leg and the quadriceps muscle of thigh of the rear leg is significant higher than the first two steps.In the process of recovery then backward two steps,the iEMG of biceps and quadriceps muscles of thigh of the front leg is significant higher than the rear leg.(5) Passing medicine ball In front of the chest accords with the characteristics of the upper limbs sending the strength,to compare Passing medicine ball on the head and in the side.The relevance of the muscles of rear leg and the main of the front leg is significance between Pulls the rubber tape and the actual combat posture leaves the lunge.Conclusions:(1) During the direct thrust,the finger muscles and the wrist muscles control the sword point,the impetus sword blade and the forearm extension;The brachial triceps muscle is the power origin of the forearm acceleration thrust.(2)In the process combat posture leaves lunge,the gastrocnemius and quadriceps muscles of thigh of rear leg contribute the most strength.The rectus femoris and tibialis anterior of the front leg contribute the most strength.(3) In the recovery process,inside and outside of quadriceps muscles of thigh of front leg contribute the most strength,common athlete rear leg has not displayed its support to reduce the leg burden function,should emphasize the rear leg coordinative effort.(4)During compound forward step, quadriceps muscle of thigh of the rear leg and the muscles of the front leg send out strength change,which influence the compound step rhythm and the lunge acceleration.During the compound backward step,inside and outside of quadriceps muscle of thigh contribute the most strength. (5)The upper limbs movements of the fencing are led by small muscles, the footwork are led by big muscles,which need speed power.Passing medicine ball In front of the chest,pulls the rubber to lunge,the side jumps,jumps,carries a heavy load the bow step to walk conforms to the characteristic of upper limbs and legs sending the strength in fencingVVv, is the good special strength training way.
