Throughout the domestic net competition projects,badminton has a high degree of popularity because of its convenient development,limited equipment and venues,and its functions of physical fitness and group entertainment.In addition,the Chinese government has attached great importance to badminton projects in recent decades,It has cultivated a number of world badminton athletes who have won gold and silver for the country in the international arena and won countless honors,which has played a positive driving effect on the development of badminton.Now it has become one of the favorite sports of the people in China.Due to the characteristics of badminton and the needs of the people,Badminton has been incorporated into middle school physical education textbooks and has become a compulsory course for middle school students.However,in the current middle school badminton course teaching,too much attention is paid to the students' technique and hitting technology,and the teaching of students' Badminton Footwork and moving technology is ignored,which leads to the phenomenon that the students' footwork moves slowly and the hitting quality is generally not high.The existing researches on Badminton Footwork mobile technology include: interesting game method,body functional training,multi ball and multi-directional mobile training,image training method and so on;Fixed line footwork training has been applied in basketball,tennis and other ball events,but in badminton teaching and training,fixed line footwork training teaching is lack of relevant research.Because the fixed line footwork training is a continuous repeated training method,which is convenient for middle school students to learn and master.In addition,the fixed line can be independently designed by students to enhance students' interest in badminton learning and cultivate students' creativity in the process of sports.Through the methods of literature and expert interview,this paper explores the factors affecting badminton technology: the pre judgment ability before footwork start(observing the opponent's position,observing the opponent's swing action and touch direction when hitting the ball,paying attention to the opponent's sound on the field),the awareness of active return(15 ball fixed line return Statistics),and the footworkmoving speed("6:24 ball" footwork movement)Basic Footwork proficiency(Basic Footwork mobile technology evaluation)physical quality(50m speed quality,1000 m endurance quality,sitting body flexion and flexibility quality,standing long jump leg strength quality,t-run sensitivity quality,eye closed tree yoga balance quality);Then take 30 high school male students randomly selected by the badminton community of Taiyuan No.2 middle school as the experimental object for three months.The students in the experimental group used fixed line footwork training for intervention,and the students in the control group used traditional footwork mobile training.The specific indexes of influencing factors in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were tested;Relevant data were collected.The collected data were tested by independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test with SPSS software and Excel software,and the data were compared and analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The survey and interview results show that after the experiment,the prediction ability of the two groups of students before footwork start has been strengthened to varying degrees,and the improvement effect of the experimental group with fixed line footwork training is more obvious.Therefore,the fixed line footwork training can improve the prediction ability of students before footwork start,and the effect is better than the traditional footwork mobile training.(2)Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,the footwork moving speed of the two groups of students is improved,especially in the experimental group with fixed line footwork training(P < 0.05).The training effect of improving footwork moving speed is better than that in the control group with traditional footwork moving training.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,the mastery proficiency of the basic footwork of the students in the experimental group and the control group has been significantly improved(P < 0.05).The improvement effect of students in the experimental group with fixed line footwork training is better than that of students in the control group with traditional footwork training.(4)Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,the active return consciousness of the two groups of students has been strengthened to varying degrees,especially in the experimental group with fixed line footwork training(P < 0.05).The training effect of improving students' active return consciousness is better than that of the control group with traditional footwork training(5)Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,the traditional footwork training and fixed line footwork training can strengthen the speed quality,endurance quality,leg strength quality,sensitivity quality and balance quality of students' physical quality.The test results of the two groups of students before and after the experiment have been significantly improved.However,the effect of the two training methods on improving the flexibility of physical quality is not obvious,which shows that the two training methods are not targeted to improve the flexibility of students.Badminton technique hitting technology can only be brought into full play when badminton participants move their feet in place.Therefore,exploring excellent,reasonable and efficient Badminton Footwork mobile training methods and modes is the support to improve badminton technical level and competition ability.The above conclusions can show that the fixed line footwork mobile training as a Badminton Footwork mobile training method is an excellent,efficient and scientific training method.In view of the shortcomings of students' footwork movement,carry out fixed line footwork training,so that students can quickly master the footwork movement technology,so that they can hit the ball smoothly and effectively,so that students can experience the satisfaction and joy brought by sports,improve students' active consciousness of participating in sports training and strengthen the core requirements of improving students' physical quality,Provide empirical research to better promote the development of campus badminton.
