The Development Condition And Countermeasure Research On Path Engineering Of China's National Fitness

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing question by reviewing the path project of China's national fitness(Here in after referred to as "the path project"),explore the relevant measures of solutions to path engineering problems,and propose some corresponding countermeasures to achieve sustainable development of China's path engineering.Path engineering is an important vector of the material that our country implements national fitness program.It is also an important part of system to build China's national fitness in the twenty-first century.By utilizing the economic,the humanities sociology, the management science and so on related discipline theory,and literature study,this article takes path engineering of China's national fitness as object of study,has been recalled the developments and achievements of path engineering for more than a decade, and analyzes the existing problems in process of construction and use.And in view of these problems this paper proposes the corresponding development countermeasure,and forecasts the development direction of path engineering in future.At present,the development situation of china's path engineering is like this:1st, during 1997～2008,our country has altogether implemented 12 batch of path engineering, national and local institutions have invested 1,019,777,000 Yuan in total,more than 30,000 paths have been built,among which 8727 are aided by our governments;secondly, both national and local governments invest in such building,and local investment has exceeded the national investment in the construction of the path,having become the main force of the project,and this has been the trend of diversification of investments; thirdly,from the beginning of the twelfth installment of the path,the state-level investment has converted towards the re-building of community multi-purpose stadium, and national and local aid focus on the central and western parts of China;fourthly,a mode of aiding,tendering,site selecting,application and maintenance has been set up in the path of the project.The main problems existing in the path of project development are:1,the main government investment is still unable to form a diversified investment patterns;2,the path of the functions of engineering quality and after-sales service should be improved;3, the effect of exercise was not obvious in terms of how to fit the problem of young people to participate in training;4,there exists regional imbalances in the path of project development;5,equipment problems are obvious;6,the sitting of the project is questionable,and there exists the contradiction between nearby fitness and disturbing of the neighborhood;7,on the path to understanding the project.Strategy and direction concerning the development path of the project is:1,to improve the investment diversification,holding the direction of industrialization and socialization;2,to optimize the quality of the path the project equipment;3,to improve the path of the project implementation and management level;4,to do a good job out of updating the path to achieve the sustainable development of the project;5,to increase the publicity,finding a clear direction for future development.
