Since the social reform and the opening,the professional females have been participating fully in various fields of social life,using their unique wisdom and their enormous creativeness,and have made great contributions to the socialist construction.They play professional roles besides traditional family roles.However,the dual estimate standards of society make the professional females feel puzzled about their roles, because of changing socio-economic environments and family environments.The professional females expect to play each role well, their time and energy are limitted,as a result,they have to bear the enormous physical and psychological stress.The role conflict that the Chinese professional females are facing starts to appear,and intensifies day by day.Under the background of building-up social harmonious society,how professional females should analyze the adverse effects of roles' conflict,by what means to alleviate or reduce this kind of conflict phenomena to a minimum?
