At present, the study on teacher beliefs has become an emerging field of education research. As we know, teachers' beliefs guide the teacher's behaviors, impact effective teaching, professional identity, and teachers'professional growth. In the context of the new curriculum reform,beginning teachers as a new generation not only need the knowledge, but also the educational philosophy with the times. Accordingly, beginning teachers'beliefs will be a big significance in their professional growth. Their entry problems, influencing factors, and strategies have a profound exposition at home and abroad. However, beginning teachers'beliefs has little progress. Therefore, this study will play an active meaning to help them to solve the entry problem, firm the beliefs and promote the professional development.This study based on previous empirical study to develop a new perspective, and choose narrative research as the main method, selected 11 beginning teachers graduated from Teacher Education, and they have worked for only 1 year. Through continuous tracking and collecting the beginning teachers'logs, teaching story which reflect the perspective of 1st year .we find the beginning teachers'impression that: "The first year teaching life made them feel difficult but happy." Also, we find that their beliefs involved about teaching beliefs,management beliefs,beliefs in students and Self-beliefs. And the inherent belief factors: personal background, personality traits, self-expectations; External factors: Teacher Education, induction training, the school system and cultural organizations, and other social factors. Beginning teachers' beliefs is changed in the "real shock". However; compare to the traditional view that the beginning teachers'beliefs always changed from conservatism, to open, their beliefs has shown consistent with the new concept of curriculum reform.In order to promote the beginning teachers to build up a firm and true beliefs, the paper offers some suggestions after analysis and comparing the relationship between teachers'beliefs and the factors. Suggestions: To guide beginning teachers by induction training; schools for beginning teachers to provide more physical security and humane care; enhance beginning teachers'self-reflection. All these strategies seek to offer help to beginning teachers'career development.
