Investigation On The Community Culture Construction Of Benyue Road Of Chongqing City

The community culture construction is the important content of the community construction. The achievements of the community culture construction which are good or bad, high or low, not only relate the living standard of the community inhabitant, but also relate the stability and harmony of the community and the entire society.This research was aim to construct a questionnaire of community culture construction with high reliability and validity, based on the conceptual analysis and structuce exploration of community culture construction, understand the actuality of community culture construction and supply a positive basis to improve it, through carrying out the questionaire.This researeh was divided into three Parts: the first part discusses community culture structure and constructs the community culture questionnaire by using the interview, the questionnaire survey.The research discovers that the community culture structure consists of four factors which are the community material culture, the community behavior culture, the community system culture and the community energetic culture. At the same time, the research also indicates that the community culture questionnaires have the better reality and validity.The second part uses the questionnaire survey procedure to investigate the development of the community culture of ben yue road community based on the community material culture, the behavior culture, the system culture and the energetic culture, by taking the Ben yue road of Chongqing city as the object of the study. By analyzing the difficulty and the problem which are faced in the current community culture development of our country city based on the correlation literature materials, there are some problems in the current community culture development of our country. In the community material cultural construction, the most prominent problem is the cultural environment construction which is insufficient perfect; in the behavior cultural construction, the obvious existent question is that the inhabitants of the community inactively take part in the community culture construction; In the community system cultural construction, the main existent questions are that the community control system is imperfect and the operational mechanism is unreasonable; In the community energetic culture construction, the remarkable existent question is that inhabitants' community consciousness is not strong.The third part mainly aiming at the problem of the community culture comes up with proposal and measures to promote the community construction which are forming the multicultural and harmonious coexistence community culture environment; establishing the platform which everyone can participate in; perfecting community culture construction system and straightening out community culture construction management mechanis; enhancing community inhabitants' community consciousness.
