The Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Of High-level Sports Teams In Track And Field Of Colleges And Universities Of Henan Province

This paper sets the present situation of high-level sports teams in track and field of colleges and universities of Henan Province as the object of study,uses the documentary method,the survey method,the mathematical as well as the logical method to investigate the history,current situation and development issues of high-level sports teams in track and field of colleges of Henan Province.The analysis found:the high-level sports teams in track and field of colleges of Henan Province started from scratch and developed fast in the past years.Each school fixed the sports events according to their traditional vantages so as to achieve the far-reaching development of the tournament sports in colleges and universities of Henan Province.There are still many problems in these high-level teams:the overall level of these teams is relatively low and the best athletes are not prominent;Henan college sports teams in high-level track and field is not accurate enough to locate the target;there are few key universities in Henan,we can't attract those first-class athletes in and out of Henan province,which result in serious loss of track and field personnel;the experiences of coaches in these teams are few and their average titles are low;there is no scientific training system and mechanism of competition;the management of school roll of high level athletes is not reasonable in Henan Province,and some colleges do not set practical regulations on administration.The management system of track and field sports teams is incomplete, the athletes have to face the"contradiction of training and learning";the special funds of Henan college sports teams in high-level track and field are in shortage,the financial subsidy of athletes is meager,most colleges do not have indoor training facilities for high-level track and field athletes.The formation of teams is rigid.In accordance with the actual conditions of high level track and field teams in colleges of Henan Province,I make the following recommendations:first,Make sure that potential athelets are allowed to enter colleges to receive high level training by making definite and flexible enrollment policy,gifted athelets training should be improved by means of establisbing and improving training system including primary school,middle school and college;Second,make sure our proper situation be associated with the colleges development good with wide prospective and fresh concepts,make national and international as our main goals;Third,by means of internet technology we should set up a system to reserve talented athletes for track and field and resolve the problem of student source match rules,held high level college track and field matches; fourth,improve the self-imtrnouement system for reface in track and field,put theories into education and PE department ability higher to raise the reface teaching and rules; fifty,for the management metheds,we can bring in such methods as goal-management principle of treating students as the main cause,according to their personal characteristics other managements should be put into reactive,such as individual teaching plan,prolonged study time,and flexible up-and-down class system;Sixth, increase the investment of special funds to improve the facilities,logistics,medical supervision and other training conditions of indoor track and field.Learning the experience of other universities at home and abroad,expanding the forms of high-level track and field college teams,absorbing social capital and competing for corporate sponsors to make high-level sports teams in college socialized and commercialized.
