| Zhejiang province soccer association reformed the system of club match of traditional adult's amateur football match in 2003,have introduced the urban champion's league matches which carry on the home and away match of forming a team by city.The urban champion's league matches have tamped the mass foundation of football of Zhejiang gradually,have improved the standardized management level of football of Zhejiang province and sports level through development of 4 years.At present,this game influences greater and greater in Zhejiang province,the contest level improves gradually too,but the amateur league matches are public service nature,the development of the amateur league matches receive economic influence,through "warm development" of initial 4 years,some teams are difficult to maintain normal running.This research studies the operation current situations of the urban champion's league matches of Zhejiang province adopting literature review,method of questionnaire,expert's interview law,mathematics and physics statistic law,logic analytic law,offers reference about lasting and healthy development for adult spare time league football match.This research conclusion is as follows:1.The home and away match rule in the urban champion's league matches in Zhejiang province can help improve the sports level of amateurish soccer.Because of funds heaw,time long,numbers of people many,organizating badly,limiting facilities, cooperating with local football association incongruously,unbalancing in the team's strength,referee's penalty,the team participating in the contest of every year is not more.2.The value of uran champion's league matches is attracting more teenagers to participate in the football,enriching amateurish life secondly,expanding social influence, improvingthe sports levels of amateurish soccer or adult's soccer.The athletes about 65%think that match rule in home and away do not influence the working,helping to give play to the advantage such as being more high-level of team member compared with in city where the traditional system of club match participates manily.3.The urban league matches in the zhejiang province have unique regulations,and is favorable to the normal operation of the league matches.But single,pairs of circulation mix match rule is not scientific,home and away basis should be adopted.4.The expenses participating in a urban soccer of champion's league matches is expensive,amount to more than 50,000 at least.Every city team have greater autonomy on commercial development,every city team home court have a trade company that supports,but what Cup match has not cooperated with any trade company since the league matches began in 03,causing this match to be insufficient in packing,propagating wholly,the league matches totally depend on every team's self-raised fund participating in the contest in operation.5.The joining of 5 other provinces sportsmen improved the sports levels of the urban league matchesing,but can not reflect the soccer level of every city trully,influence some relatively the small city,race-entry enthusiasm of the team lacking funds,at the same time the number of people that the sportsmen of this province's reduction causes the sportsmen of this province's relative,friends watching the urban league matches will be reduced correspondingly too,unfavorable to the propaganda of the urban league matches.6.The integral level of referees participating in champion's league matches is not high, They donot control match rule in home and away.It is unfavorable for cultivation and improving of referees in zhejiang province,and it has increased the financial burden that using the Shanghai referees.
