| With the development of national policy,folk football has developed rapidly.In order to meet the requirements of the development of the folk Football League,the requirements for the folk football referees are becoming higher and higher.This paper makes a comparison between Xi'an and Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chengdu.Through the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the lack of the development of the team of football referees in Xi'an,and restricts the development of the referee team.The reason is that in comparison with the more advanced cities of the civil football referees,we should find out the places worthy of learning and make explanations.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Xi'an city lack of unified standard standard referee training system,need to have a perfect,standardized and unified model for the training of civil Football League referees.At present,the referee in Xi'an is in this field of confusion,and the comparison with the domestic cities has drawn a large gap.(2)the number of referees in Xi'an folk Football League is low and the ratio of standard is very low.It is urgent to continue to increase the number of referees.In this index,Xi'an is far behind the other research cities,and the number of excellent referees is large.(3)the training mode of referees in Xi'an is too single,and there are few training courses for referees in Colleges and universities.Only a few schools have carried out such courses.The training for teachers and students is less and less.The teachers and students who do not know the training channels cause the teachers and students who have the training intention to take part in the training.(4)the qualification examination system of the referees in Xi'an folk Football League is not standard.The review system of the referee when playing the game is not standard,which leads to the uneven level of the referees,the increase of misjudgment and the influence of the quality of the competition,and it is also not convenient for the unified management of the referee team.(5)there is a lack of high level and high platform competition in Xi'an,and the referee's income is low.It is also a factor restricting the development of the referee team in the folk Football League.The income growth is slow,the referee's enthusiasm is not enough and the sense of competition is lacking.(6)the government's policy support is not enough,the referee's law enforcement is not guaranteed,the government supports the development of the folk Football League,the policy is not guaranteed and the fund support is not enough.The development of social football should be improved from the institutional level to the social level to ensure the development of the social football.In view of the results of the study,the following suggestions are given: to strengthen the supervision of the referee team of the folk Football League;to relax the threshold of the regular training channel for the referees;to increase the publicity of the ways of the referees to be cultivated in Colleges and universities,to strengthen the training of the professionals;to strictly standardize the system of judging the qualification of the referees to play the game;and the appearance of the Football Association.High standard events are organized to create conditions for the referee to increase his income.The football association should formulate relevant policies in accordance with the actual situation so as to provide protection for the referee's law enforcement. |
