Research aims:Appropriat weight is the quarantee of a health body.The existing research literature mostly take the obese crowd or the normal crowd as the object of study,and the research in changing physique after the process of the aerobic exercises or the strength practice,but until now there is not yet thorough research on.The low body weight crowd, especially to the low body weight female college student' s research. Therefore,the discussion of the changing physique of the low body weight crowd after aerobic exercise and the strength training research has the theoretic and the practical significance.Research methods:The research Taks 75 female college students as the object of study,this thesis divides them into the low body weight training groupl(30),the low bodyweight training group2(15),the low body weight contrast group(15) and the normal body weight control group (15).The low body weight training grouplwill take aerobic exericise and along with strength excise for 12 weeks.And the low body weight training group2 will take only strength training for 12 weeks.While the low body weight contrast group and the normal body weight control group will not exercise and be trained at all.Research Conclusion:1) After training,the body weight of female college students of low body weight training group,thin body weight, the body fat percentage,the body fat quantity,and the body weight index assume the unusual significance condition(P<0.01),the upper bottom encircles assume the industrial significant increase(P<0.05),the chest measurement assumes the unusual Significant increase(P<0.01); Compared with the low body weight training contrast group,the body weight, the thin body weight,the body weight index assumes no obvious increase(P>0.05);Compared with the low body weight contrast group,the body weigh, thin body weight,body weight index increase obviously(P<0.05),front bottom encircles and upper bottom encircles differentiate from each other obviously(P<0.01). 2) After training,the power of gripping of female college students in the low body weight training group,the sit-ups(P<0.01);and the results of 50-meter running assume the significant improvement(P<0.05); Compared with the female college students in the low body weight training contrast group,the power of gripping sit-up 50 meter running assumes no significant increase(P>0.05).Compared with the low body weight contrast group gripping power increases obviously(P<0.01) and sit-up increase obviously(P<0.05).3) After training,the movement peaceful pulse of female college students in the low body weight training group assumes the significant decrease (P<0.01),the systolic pressure assumes the significant increase (P<0.05).Compared with the female college students in the low body weight training contrast group,the arteries differential pressure increases (P<0.01),The vital capacity assumes apparent increase obviously P<0.05), compared with the low body weight contrast group,the peaceful pulse assumes the significant decrease(P<0.01);the stair experiment index reduces obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of aerobic exercise and strength training or the mere strength training can increase the body weight of a female college student with the low body weight and improve body functions and strengthen the physical quality.2.The combination of aerobic exercise and strength training will be effective in improving the physicial function of low body weight college female students than the mere strength training.
