The teaching of posing mathematical problems is to explore further the importance of inquiry teaching theory. The teaching and research of methods of posing mathematical problems is the implementation of the requirements of the new curriculum ideas and teaching practice. The issue of teaching and research perspective is: not just a question as a means of problem-solving, and more should be seen as a relatively independent math activities. This perspective would broad the perspective of teaching and research , open practice of teaching vision and broad the perspective of problem posing by the students and enhance the reliability of teaching and research.There are a great many methods to pose math problems . These methods provide lines for people of thinking , provide the perspective and scope to collect information. To logical thinking .methods may be divided into different hierarchical classification as the level of philosophy thinking as theoretical framework .The methods arise from the basic law of materialist dialectics, arise from the mathematical systems construction (or theoretical framework of mathematics), arise from resolving contradictions inside mathematics.The teaching purpose of posing mathematical problems is to make students learn how to pose mathematical problems from the point of view of mathematics, and not just a question to ask questions and to ask questions. In the teaching target system, the methods of posing mathematical problems and have moved are at an important position. The development of teaching goals guidance should help teachers to create math situation ,to teach and study of posing mathematical problems, should help raise the evaluation of teaching and learning.The created mathematical situation should help students to learn the methods and practise migration. In the primary learning stage of method knowledge, the low-and high-road way stage of the migration exercise, the "problems hided" mathematical situation has different mathematics volume of message elements. "How to creat problem" should be added to the teaching mode of "mathematical situations and posing problems" .In the students' learning phase of the methods study, teachers demonstrate on the first, and then give students opportunities to imitate and practice-changing , to high-way migrate at the last.
