In the face of new position, college students ideological and political education has shown a good many maladjustments, especially with the widening of the difference between traditional ideological and political education methods and modern times gradually, college students ideological and political education is short of effect. Therefore, at new times, the innovation of college students ideological and political education methods has taken on pressing request. Nevertheless, nowadays, the discussion only rests on principles and aspects. And there is lacking manipulation on innovation of the methods. In order to cater for the need of adaptation, this article combines with the characteristics of the times, discovers the approaches and methods with high effectiveness and pertinence which can be easily operated on the basis of the former ideological and political education methodology and meanwhile it puts forward new requirement for the university ideological and political education. It provides some reference for the comprehensive qualities for the university students and some assistance for the workers of university ideological and political education.
