After every Olympic Games, the ISA will follow the actual conditions and carry on the corresponding modification to the rule of the gymnastics match so as to promote the benign development of sports.Requirements for dancing movements and artistic expression in new rules make gymnastics develop towards a goal of innovation and high difficulty, as well as expressing of art and beauty.Therefore, through the timely and deep analysis about the historical development, the developing trend of gymnastics technology can be controlled and comprehended from the code of points'developing history perspective and combined with newly-developed code of points in gymnastics and the present situation in China, the analysis, exploration and research into the history developing regularity and its dynamic features of new session Olympics have been carried out from different aspects, which can help to provide theoretical and practical basis for the training of excellent gymnastics athletes in China and the governing policy in gymnastics.This thesis employs the literary documentation, the interview of experts, the quantified statistics, the questionnaire survey and video analysis, and conducts an analysis of research into the evaluation of the code of points in competitive gymnastics of recent years and a summary of the relation between the evaluation of the code of points in competitive gymnastics and the development of uneven bars technology in women's gymnastics and the influences of the implementation of the new rules on our uneven bars.Its results are as follows: The difficulty of D movements set and quality of E movements of Chinese top uneven bars athletes can equal with those of the world's best players, but the overall skills of our players are far behind our foreign competitors, which can be seen in stren gtjh between bars, lack of connectmovements and characteristic building-up, and professional quality and ability. The main reasons which led to failure of getting better achievements in the past big games connect are the formality of movements set completing, the lack of expression, and the low quality of swivel sort movements.More efforts for Chinese women's uneven bars to make should be put into the following aspects: to strengthen the quality and quantity in special items, and further to raise the difficulty and improve the completion quality in the complete sets of movements, and meanwhile to make the link between the bar switching movements smoother, more fluent and more suitable to be admired.Chinese team should reinforce the studies of the code of points and conduct the scientific training and at the same time they need to strive to make innovations and employ new rules fully and perfect personalized technology style.
