Research On The Development Characteristics Of Innovative Movement Of World Women's Uneven Bars

The world women's uneven bars belong to the skill-dominant type of difficult and beautiful items,which fully shows the skill and aesthetic feeling of athletes.Since the four women's individual events(floor exercise,uneven bars,balance beam and vault)were listed as competition events in 1952,women's competitive gymnastics projects have developed at different speeds.By 2017,the latest edition of the uneven bars rules contained the largest number of innovative actions in history,this highlights the rapid development of the uneven bars project.The development history of competitive gymnastics shows that the innovation of difficult movements is the key factor and core part for athletes to win.As far as the practice of Chinese women's uneven bars competition is concerned,China's anti-suspension technology has been at the advanced level in the world,but the research on the theory of uneven bars is still relatively weak.Based on the above situation,it is urgent for the development of uneven bars to grasp the development trend and rules of difficult new movements,or to guide the technical innovation of Chinese women's uneven bars.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to study the development characteristics about innovative movements of women's uneven bars.By using the methods of literature,expert interviews,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and this study takes the development characteristics about innovative movements of women's uneven bars in the world as the research object,and studies the evolution process of innovative movements of women's uneven bars,the innovative actions included in the 2017 edition of the scoring rules about women's uneven bars,and the use of innovative movements about uneven bars of the World Gymnastics Championships in the recent two years.In order to explore the development trend about the innovative movements of women's uneven bars in the world,a systematic analysis and study were made on the use of the competition,so as to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the sustainable development of Chinese women's uneven bars.Research shows:(1)From 1952 to 2016,the development of innovative movements of women's uneven bars in the world has gone through the initial stage,the development stage,the perfection stage and the mature stage,in which the loop type,the flying type on the same bars and the connecting type of movements on the two bars are constantly developing and perfecting in different stages.(2)Nowadays,there are various types of innovative movements on women's uneven bars in the world.Under the requirements of the rules,the innovative actions in upper,lower and middle bars account for different proportions of the rules.Among them,there are 6 upper movements(1C4D1E),30 lower movements(8C11D6E3F2G)and 57 middle movements,totaling 93 innovative actions.(3)Among the 16 sets of movements in the last two World Championships of the 2017-2020 Olympic Cycle,the upper method is mainly the bending and stretching of the uneven bars,with 0 innovators;the lower method accounts for 81.3% under 360 degrees of the two-turn body after the use of innovative movements,and 10 people use the lower method to connect the strings;the main innovative actions used in the middle of the bars,flying and two-bar connection are the short radius loop type(6.1%),the Tekachev type(62.9%)and the two-bar connection type.Uneven bars are mainly replaced by high bars(47.1%)and Shapo series connection has become a hot trend.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to develop new actions and connections on the basis of considering various factors.(4)Looking at the development characteristics of innovative movements about women's uneven bars in the world,its future development will present the following five characteristics: 1)the unity of stages and continuity;2)increasing the difficulty of movements on the basis of the original movements;3)Both development difficulty and connection benefit;4)flying on the same or two bars has become the trend;5)improving the difficulty is the basis and smoothly completing is the guarantee.
