| "Science" is a course taking the experiment as a foundation. Experiment teaching is the primary content of science curriculum, so the quality of experiment teaching and science instruction are interrelated directly. Evaluating student's scientific experiment level is a basic link of science teaching. "Elementary Education Curriculum Reform Summary (Implementation)" requests that evaluation not only concerns about students' school achievement, but also discovering and advancing students' potential abilities. We should find out students' demands in their growth and help them to know themselves well in order to build their confidence. Nowadays, It's difficult to evaluate science experiment overall, and there still lacks systematic and comprehensive study on it. This article aims to establish an evaluation program by the research on and to negotiate it with education researchers.This article takes objectives of technology and skills, scientific inquiry (process, methods and capacity) methods, emotion and world view as a foundation for the evaluation. It is based on the other-evaluation, and assistant by self- evaluation. We take the paper test, operational skills measurement and survey as the evaluation tools. This article expounds the principles and methods of establishment of evaluation index system, and uses expert surveys on the weight of evaluation index for the evaluation.According to the main subject of experimental implementation, "Science" experiments can be divided into demonstration experiments and student experiments. According to the different requirements on students' experiment ability, demonstration experiments and student experiments can be divided into skills experiments, authentication experiments and exploratory experiments. This article focuses on the different types of student experiments.Different types of experiments have different objectives and requirements. So the evaluation index and fractions of evaluation are different. We divided the evaluation of students' experimental level into three primary indexes, which are technology and skills index, scientific inquiry index and methods, emotion and world view index. Then we divided the primary indexes into sub-indexes. We take the paper test to evaluate the experimental knowledge and scientific inquiry index, take the spot operational skills measurement to evaluate the experimental operation skills and take the survey questionnaire to evaluate methods, emotion and world view index. Appendix 1, 2 and 3 are the methods of evaluation for the skills experiment of "Observe plant cells and animal cells". Appendix 4, 5 and 6 are the methods of evaluation for the authentication experiment of "Research the current characteristics of series, parallel circuit". Appendix 7 is the methods of evaluation for the exploratory experiment of "Explore the factors influencing the solid's solubility.The evaluation of students' experimental level is a difficulty in educational evaluation. It is restricted by time, location and evaluator's subjective factors. And there are some problems in the research, which wish to be solved in the future. |
