It is needed for the teacher to pay attention to students' individual differentiation and meet their diverse needs in study. The aim of ability-oriented education is to pay attention to every student, to promote every student development, to heighten nationality making across-the-aboard. Such difference teaching is in line with the trend of the development of the times. It maintains humanism, learner as the core, student differences as a beginning, and layered target and resilient packet to deploy different and flexible instruction and evaluation that fit students' characteristics.With the rapid development of network, education had a great impact and influence. Network for its unique advantage provide an excellent venue to education theories of practice, is no exception to the Differentiated Instruction.Various methods such as literature research, survey and analysis, technology practice are used in this study. Based on the deep research about Differentiated Teaching and how to implement the Differentiated Instruction in the network environment, research on "DMI" instructional model based on students' differentiation in the network environment is presented. And the paper discusses its specific implementation steps. Finally, network teaching platform for computer elementary curriculum are constructed.There are six parts in this paper. Introduction of the first part discusses issues to research and analyze the development present and problems of domestic and foreign, then defines the relevant conceptions in this paper and expounds on the significance of the study, contents and methods.In the second part, the paper analysis the connotation of features of difference teaching and distinguish some similar conceptions. In addition, the paper discussed difference teaching in value orientation from various perspectives. Finally, the paper analysis the necessity of the implementation of difference teaching from social needs, quality education, curriculum reform and students' development, etc.The third part totally put forwards "DMI" instructional model based on students' differentiation and comparative analysis several related instructional model, and constructed specific implementation steps of "DMI" instructional model.The fourth part present the limitations of implementation of differences in teaching in traditional classroom environment, then point out dilemma of implementation of difference in teaching in. traditional classroom. And then, analyses the advantage of network environment from the perspective of technology, resources, teacher-student roles and educational equity. And then, design "DMI" instructional model in network environment. Finally, discussed how to proceeded teaching reform based on "DMI" instructional model.Partâ…¤focuses on the design and implementation process of computer elementary curriculum. First, analysis curriculum needs of computer elementary from students and curriculum itself. And then, discuss the principles of content design and steps of computer elementary. And then introduce the "computer elementary" design thought, overall framework and sub-module of teaching platform. Finally, introduce the relevant technology.The study of Part VI was mainly to do a summary of research and point out the gaps of research and further research directions.The study makes a comprehensive and systematic research on differentiated instruction, differentiated instruction model, and differentiated teaching based on the network. From the study, we know that differentiated instruction needs to be used, the network difference teaching should be used and it can be used possibly. The main creative aspects of this paper are: analysis totally the influence of the differed to learners' learning, construct student-based "DMI" differentiated instruction model, expanding the range of DI from traditional teaching to network, construct related teaching platform on network.
