On The Construction Of Campus Culture With The "Harmonious" Field Vision

For a long time, the issue of constructing campus culture has been hotly studied and discussed in the field of theory. Harmonious campus culture plays a decisive role in the process of building socialist harmonious society, for it is an important part in the system of our advanced socialist culture. Based on defining basic concepts of harmonious campus culture and the thought of harmoniousness, directing at some deficiencies during the building of campus culture, this paper puts forwards the way to construct harmonious campus culture.There are five parts in this article. They are the definition of concepts about harmonious campus culture, the historical source of harmonious thought, the significance of building harmonious culture on pushing forward the harmonious development in our society as well as in campus, the existing problems and its reasons in the building of campus culture in new times, some suggestions about building campus culture in university from harmoniousness perspective.The first part introduces basic concepts about harmonious campus culture in university.The second part traces the history of harmonious thought from three aspects. Firstly, it anatomies the harmonious thought of Chinese traditional culture, then expounds the harmonious thought of Marxism, and lastly, analyzes the harmonious thought of modern China.The third analyses the significance of building harmonious culture on pushing forward the harmonious development in our society as well as in campus.The forth part discourses the existing problems in the building of campus culture in new times from five aspects and analyses its reasons in a systematic way.From harmoniousness perspective, the last part elaborates the building campus culture in university from some concrete points, such as material, activity, institution and spirit. Based on the analysis and the research, this article stated the basis of philosophy, theory, and the reality, and described the definition of the teaching effectiveness and standards of college ideological and political theory courses. The paper focused on the objective environment, university management, teaching objects to explore the reasons of weakening the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses and claimed the improvement measures on the five aspects. After in-depth study of this topic, the article finally proposed the new angle to exert emotional effects to ensure the implementation of the all methods and enhance the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses.
