The Research About College Students' Healthy Personality And It's Cultivate

With the development of science technology and education, the cultivation of College students' personality is in the hysteresis state yet. Phenomenons exist in different degrees, which including the failure of the traditional cultivation of personality, the loss of norms of the reality personality cultivation, and the loss of the ideal personality cultivation etc. These years, continuing degradation and fission events of Personality of the college students have warned to the whole society. College students that facing with the complex world and intense social competition will inevitably had different kinds of psychological problems.As the high IQ groups of the society, Contemporary college students have group advantages such as deep culture basis, higher level of knowledge and great potential of intelligence. Therefore, under the new historical conditions, how to improve the quality of university students' personality is a practical problem which is worth to study. Cultivating healthy and perfect quality of the personality for college students is related to the quality of talent training for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To promote the personality cultivation strategies which are in line with the college students' actual is of great significance to the college students' Personality development and China's socialist modernization.Based on giving a scientific and reasonable explanation for the connotation and character of personality and the formation and development of the influencing factors, this article has pointed out the personality theory of China, the West and the Marxist and the basic characteristics of healthy personality of College students ,studied on the four aspects of the duality existing on the development of personality of contemporary college students, made a scientific analysis on the issues exist in the development of personality of the contemporary college students and its reasons from the subjective and objective aspects, discussed ways and means of formation and development of perfect personality of college students from the three aspects of the students themselves, family and school.Hope that through the analysis of this article, I can donate a modest strength to the study on character education for college students provide theoretical and practical reference channels to address the issue of personality of Contemporary college students and to improve the psychological quality of college students.
