Our socialistic modernization demands numerous high-quality and creative talents and their active participation and promotion. The socialistic modernization is human modernization, and human modernization needs initially promote the modernization of personality, the core of which is to train human's healthy personality. Therefore, in order to make education serve the construction of socialistic modernization successfully, we must thoroughly change our conception of education and talents, stress on giving the rein to students' subjectivity, promote the students' development all-sidedly, and most importantly, train students' healthy personality.Personality refers to those motivational elements hi personal psychological features which excluding intelligence and ability, influence students' study quality and intellectual development. Healthy personality means that the components in personality structure develop healthily, all-sidedly and harmoniously, which makes a person adjust himself to the social surrounding successfully. Healthy personality possesses such characteristics as harmonious social relationship, steady and active emotion, healthy mentality and so on. An essential characteristic of healthy personality is that it has different phases. The students' healthy personality, simply speaking, is an effective combination of the psychological features which promotes the students' study quality and the development of their physical and mental health.Under current brand-new situation, the training of students' healthy personality is not only the requests of the students' all-around development and the construction of students' subjectivity status, but also the need for training of high quality and creative talents. The survey indicates that the students' personality at current phase is no optimistic. The personality education is an urgent problem for schooling to solve. The training of students' personality calls for personality education.
