Nonprofit organizations is different from the government and enterprises, it is between government and enterprises of the third sector. Volunteers are nonprofit organizations, consisting mainly of human resources. Volunteers participate in volunteer work motivation determines to volunteer management is different from the management of enterprise employees, is different from the government to civil administration, non-profit organization to volunteer management need particular mode of management, non-profit organizations to volunteer management foundation is established within the organization and the values of the resonance between the volunteers. Non-profit organization provides for volunteers in voluntary service opportunities, and nonprofit organizations also won the volunteers this part of precious human resources. This paper studies the volunteers to non-profit organization management, introduces the concepts of nonprofit organization, and expounds the meaning and type, volunteers definition of volunteerism.
