At present, the University Students to participate in community colleges and universities are a relatively common phenomenon, but also the current educational theory and educational practice areas of general concern to a hot problem.This article mainly uses qualitative research, through the extraction of Hebei University community is responsible for three different people for the study explored the associations of university students to participate in personal development, what impact has this problem.Focus of this study was to explore the multiple realities and the construction process, Emphasis on detailed description of the phenomenon, the purpose is to participate in community college students to do an in-depth of its investigation of the human heart, hope that is embodied in the humane care of these students. In this study, based on hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of human development, using strict and realistic study of style and attitude, through interviews with the respondents in-depth and meticulous collection of true and reliable materials, in the open-ended interviews and participatory observation in the process of grasping the associations involved in the performance of the respondents,this is in line with the respondents and will participate in the performance of community compared to before,to find the respondents to participate in society before and after the change. At the same time, analysis of associations of university students to participate in personal development.Finally draw the two grounded theory:1)Participation in Associations of University Students have to re-construct the function of personality; 2) Participation in Associations of University Students interpersonal skills with the directional role.
