With the rapid development of scientific and social progress, pre-school children's family education is receiving increasing attention and concern. As the first teachers for Pre-school children, also life-long teachers, parents'education quality directly affects the quality of pre-school children's family education, and also directly determines the success or failure of the merits of family education. Especially with the deepening of reform and opening up, and development of the market economy into a profound impact on people's way of thinking, ways of values, on people's family life and family education with enormous impact. In addition, since the beginning of the implementation of family planning policy from the 20th century 70's in our country, resulting in the rapid fertility decline in the number of children and the family has been decreasing and amount of only-child is growing. Today, the first generation of only-child has entered the peak age for marriage and child-rearing, they started to alter China's family structure, family relationships showing a new feature, which also bound to bring new family education impact.It is in this dual background, family education content, form updates, the matter of family education is increasingly grim. The research of parents'education quality for pre-school children has given new meaning and significance. The research topics selected the parents'education quality for preschool children as the object. Based on the existing research literature, it brings out parents understanding of education quality and its constituent elements. Take Xinxiang City, Henan Province in pre-school children with their parents as an example, it shows current status of parents'education quality and the problems. Finally learning from the advanced educational experience at home and abroad, it gives strategies for parents improving education quality. Through self-made questionnaire for five kindergartens in Xinxiang large, medium and small child care parents survey: With the current parents awareness-enhancing of the importance of family education, parents are paying more and more attention to their own qualities, including education quality. As high as 83.5 percent of parents expressed the need for guidance related to pre-school education for their children's family education. Current problems are: 1, Parental education is more fragmented, unsystematic, and unprofessional. 2, Educational concepts have markedly improved, the child personality development, comprehensive development, differences in the development of educational concepts have considerable attention. However, the way of parents in the education "ought" and "real likelihood" is still a large gap.3,The parents understanding of their children's ability and coordinate the capacity of the parent-child relationship is relatively good, the ability to evaluate the performance of children in general, the ability of self-discipline and the ability of guiding their children is not so good.
