In the new century, our country has implemented the eighth elementary education curriculum reform since the founding of the country. In the reform, setting up a student evaluation system that promotes the all-round development of students is one of the specific objectives. This new curriculum reform advocates that using the flexible and open qualitative evaluation methods, and not just relying on the traditional pen and paper test. The teachers'incentive remark is one of qualitative evaluation methods. In the process of teaching, the teachers'remark influences student's learning and the student's personal development. However, there are still a lot of problems in the remark including the oral remark and written remark that the elementary school teachers used during the practicing. This study does systematical research to some related issues, by classroom observation, physical analysis and questionnaire investigation. The result shows that the problems mainly expressed in the frequency of the remarks using, the types, the content and the actual results of teachers'remark. After analysis and discussion on those problems, the characteristics of the quality teachers'remarks are put forward, mainly including the teachers'remarks mast be scientific and accurate; focus on inspiration and guidance; be fair, reasonable, and seeking truth from facts; be comprehensive and specific; be innovative and flexible; reflect real emotion; grasp the scale and so on. And some suggestions are put forward, including establishing scientific conception of student evaluation, increasing teachers'knowledge, enhancing the teachers'language skills, cultivating the tact of teaching, properly using the praise and criticism, concerning about the teachers'love, and paying attention to the teaching of reflection and research, etc..
