With the development of modern society and gradual realization of teaching reform of Elementary Education,the development of academic achievement in the micro-classroom teaching has become an increasing concern. Students of Primary and secondary school in China have remained at a static level of academic achievement of the "scholastic ability test" and cannot become the base of modern academic development. Based on academic achievement,taking the true classroom situation for instance,this Paper Probes the issue of generation of academic achievement of students from theoretical and Practical Perspectives from dynamic level.The paper explores the fact of classroom situation based on academic achievement mainly through the documents and root research, such as classroom observation ,interview ,description and record and so on .There are five parts in this paper ,the first one ,through document ,state the present situation on academic achievement home and broad ,and put forward to the study's value and meaning .The second one , two terms are defined on the basis of different views on academic achievement: academic achievement and academic generation. Further more, the paper explicates the feathers and rules of academic generation.The third one is to look into the fact of classroom situation .The paper chooses a class in Grade Two of a common middle school as a study case and studies the respects of different classroom situation using class observation ,interview, material collection .The fourth one is to discuss the inner and outer reasons on the negative effect of classroom situation through analyzing the case from teachers and students.The last one ,according to the present situation of classroom teaching in China and the study on the tactics of classroom situation, the paper points out some advice and teaching model on promoting the development of academic achievement ,such as teachers of rich teaching wisdom, building eco-classroom-based development of academic achievement and so on.
