Now, the international community generally pays attention to the human rights guarantee of the disabled person including education right. The United Nations General Assembly and relevant international organizations ensure the declaration, guiding principle of disabled person's right through a lot of appeal. In recent years, the compulsory education of disabled children, teenager of our country has got very fast development too. The special education evolves from our country at the beginning of the 19th century, with the development of educational undertaking, demand to guarantee the high quality of classroom instruction, have proposed the severe test to the special education classroom. At present, because the deaf-mute students in the special education school face rising up into the university, which requires them to grasp the knowledge of English. In constant exploration and developing, the multimedia technology has remedied the congenital defect of deaf-mute students,and can improve the teaching efficiency of deaf-mute student's English.The research herein is divided into five parts:Part one, this part is lead-in. The English classroom is confronted with bigger difficulty in special education. Multi-media teaching means adapts to objective reality, which has effect rise teaching efficiency.Part two, Literature Review. Firstly, sum up the current situation of the development of the special education of our country at present, and then analyze the physiology of deaf and dump students, psychological characteristic in special education. Second, research and analyze the multimedia application in the English classroom of the special education.Part three, make the questionnaire investigations to the current multimedia application in the English classroom of the special education and draw the conclusion.Part four, this is discussion. Have testified the multi-media teaching technology actual effects in special education by way of practice sufficiently, and continue an exploration in the future teaching. Perfect the multi-media teaching means application in deaf school English classroom.Part five, conclusion of speech. Summarize analysis investigation result of this text, the clear developing direction in the future; finding the author has weak points.Because the special education demands to guarantee English classroom instruction has high quality, therefore which has proposed the new subject to the special education classroom, has faced training the severe test of the special education students meeting modern society's needs.
