The Comparison Of Higher Education Expenditure

As the social and economic development of China, our society pays more and more attention on education, especially, higher education. A lot of Scholars have done many researches on higher education cost.From a point of comparative view, this paper mainly contains the following chapters. The first chapter is introduction, contains the writing background, the writing purpose, signification of this paper, also, some researches which related with this paper from domestic or foreign scholars. Chapter 2 describes the related theoretical issues, such as definition of education cost, higher education cost, the relations between higher education cost and higher education expenditures. In chapter 3,it compares different provinces and cities' higher education cost. I find that there is a wide gap between different provinces' higher education cost. Higher education development level is uneven. In the end of this chapter, the paper gives some advices to promote higher education development level of our country. Chapter4 is about higher education expenditures situation in our country and other countries. In Chapter 5, the paper compares 52 colleges' higher education expenditures in Beijing,from this comparison, I find that the higher education cost of art colleges is the highest.
