Research On The System Of America Public Elementary And Secondary Teachers Dismissal

As one of the core contents of teacher appointment system, Teacher Dismissal System is the important part which can not be neglected in the current personnel system reform. Whether the system is perfect or not, it's not only important to the school's personnel management system, but also significantly to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers, indirectly impact on improving the quality of school education. So it's necessary to arouse the same attention as teacher appointment system.The United States is the most developed countries in economy and education, which always use the law to safeguard their own interests, it has made great achievements in balancing the interests between school districts and teachers, and accumulated a wealth of experience in protecting the interests of teachers and raising the level of school education. Based on the law, it built set of relatively complete system of public secondary school teacher dismissal system. But now,the phenomenon that teachers have been arbitrarily dismissed is still everywhere, there has not been able to find a better interests balance between teachers and schools, teacher personnel management system still has to be improved.
