Investigation And Strategy Analysis Of Social Sports Instructors In The City Of Shandong Province

Social sports instructors are publicize, organizers and instructors of the work of mass sports, so whether its role into full play or not is the lifeline of a country and a area's development of mass sports. The sports level of Shandong province was high, and at the same time the eleventh National Games would be held here too, so the leader of Shandong province had pay much attention on the development of the mass sports and made very clear request on its development.The purpose of this research was that I hope through the investigation of the situation of the social sports instructors in Shandong province to get the data, and it could be helped the development of the relative work about the social sports instructors in Shandong.In this paper, I mainly through the way of survey data of other's research, field trips, interview the people who was involved in it, and questionnaires to afresh the meaning of Social sports instructors, on basis of that, I investigate the conditions of the social sports instructors of Shandong province which included basic conditions(the Number, Hierarchical structure, Sex ratio, Age structure, Cultural form), working conditions(Responsible projects, Guiding motivation, Service type, Organizing situation), training conditions(Training content, Training style, Number of class, Training requirements, Check and Graduation), and the management conditions.I analyzed the data of the investigation and made conclusions——handong province had achieved the goal that propose at 2004 that until 2010 each person would have one social sports instructor; the hierarchical structure is basically reasonable; the number of males was more than females, but it was more reasonable than the result of the investigation of the hole country of 2000; high educationed people were more than other level's; which was a beneficial factor to the development of mass sports of Shandong province; the key responsible projects is Consistent with the people's demand; but the emphasis on new projects is not enough; the guiding motivation was from the bottom of the people which had a very important sense to the stable of the team; the main service type was paid service which was meet the rule of market economy; the organizing situation was not very desirable; the training content, training style, Number of class, training requirements, check and graduation Implementation in accordance with national requirements, but had no outstanding feature than other province and not go forward in the characteristics of other province; the management situation was backward relative other aspects, but all the work was orderly carrying on.According the investigation result, I also proposed my own suggestion such as when developing the number of the Social sports instructors we should pay more attention on the quality, made the to be the leadership of the mass sports'development, reinforce the efforts of the market, improve their salary and status, excavate the outstanding feature of training, let the training to be more fashionable and practical, put three levels management and species training way into practice, build up special internet for the social sports instructors, and I hope these suggestions would be useful to the development of the social sports instructors of Shandong province.
