Current Situation And Countermeasures Commonweal Social Sports Instructor Sichuan

Since the implementation of the "Sport For All Program", the whole country has set off a fitness craze, but the lack of scientific guidance has become an important factor restricting the nationwide fitness campaign."Social Sports Instructor Rating System" is the product under demand.As social sports organizers, mentors, communicators, social sports instructors is an important talent type of sports undertakings in China. Its function and the social benefits reflected in the process of guiding fitness, other groups are difficult to realize. Our study on social sports instructors started late. At present, detailed, comprehensive, targeted, profound study in this field is also unusual, not to mention the literature on Sichuan Province welfare social sports instructor.The article makes the research and analysis on the current situation of welfare social sports instructors in Sichuan Province with the method of documents, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics,logical analysis etc, trying to find out problems of social sports instructors in Sichuan Province and discuss the solution in terms of team structure, work instructions, job training and work management.The result of the research shows that there’s a severe imbalance in the grade system of the commonweal social sports instructors cultivated in Sichuan Province; though, on the whole, the age structure of the instructor group tends to be younger, the age group of female instructors is mainly formed by the middle-aged which is a disadvantage of the sustainable development of the team; the academic level is basically reasonable, but actually the instructors participating in practice is with unreasonable academic level and lower cultural level; the number of instructors participating in the practice is relatively few; lack of money and court is the major factor that restrict the instruction; the main training methods are face to face teaching according to grade and self-learning, so no division of category or sports item is considered; the content of training course lay more emphasize on theories rather than skill; retraining work is in its period of stagnation, etc.For the above findings,the study proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:to ensure the steady growth of the number of public welfare social sports instructors,optimizing the team structure;oriented to the needs of society,starting with perfecting the form of training,training course and content to improve the work ability of public welfare social sports instructors;to go with the current of the times and actively promote the reform of the management system of public social sports instructors;to play the function of government and realize the implementation of the college resources;leaders of all levels should pay full attention on the work of mass sports,put tougher enforcement on it and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization;to increase incentives and effectively promote the guidance rate and guiding quality;to build modern network information platform,expand propaganda and promote the exchange and retraining of all instructors.
