At present, the study of exercise-induced muscle fatigue is mainly focus on the study of multi-systemic, holistic indicators to infer the status of muscles function or the study of local muscle groups using the maximum sustainable of static contraction and dynamic contraction during maximum repeat rate of decline in the power to value the ability of muscle fatigue in the laboratory, while the evaluation methods of specific movement about.local muscle fatigue for direct studies are extremely rare and be unable to meet the needs of sports training practice.Rowing is a potential-advantages movement in our country and still has a certain gap with the international advanced level in the overall competitive level. The resistance to fatigue is one of the key factors to improve muscles'movement of China's rowing, while the domestic specialized training rowers muscle fatigue evaluation method and application of tools is not enough in-depth study.Accordingly, this paper aim to improve China's Rowing Competition of the actual needs with excellent rowers as the research object and use the method of surface EMG signal analysis. With the EMG time-frequency domain analysis of specific training in different parts of the body-induced muscle fatigue during major sports and discussed the characteristics indicators in their changing patterns, filtered out the sensitive, stable indicators to reflect the degree of muscle fatigue of rowers. The main conclusions of this study are the following:1.The amplitude of EMG is usually increased with the incremental exercise at the incremental exercise of rowing, while the frequency decreases with the incremental exercise. But there are some differences among the different muscles.2.It is feasible to analysis the EMGFT and JASA to assess the extent of muscle fatigue in rowers and has a certain applicability. 3. Compared with the analysis of EMGFT to evaluate the degree of muscle fatigue, the method of analysis JASA is more sensitive.
