Rowing is a high-intensity sport dominated by physical fitness.Under the appropriate range of exercise load,the greater the load,the faster the physical growth.At the same time,the greater the load,the greater the body function consumption,and the faster the fatigue after exercise training.Therefore,after rowing training,we need to use different recovery methods to reduce the sports injury caused by Overtraining on the body’s material and energy consumption.There are many ways to recover sports fatigue,and this study uses Yoga relaxation training to help rowers relieve sports fatigue,aiming to provide reference for improving athletes’ fatigue recovery methods.Through the methods of questionnaire,experiment,and so on,this paper takes 10 female rowers in Jiangxi Province as the research object,discusses the influence of Yoga relaxation training on the fatigue recovery effect of female rowers after training,and observes the role of Yoga relaxation training in fatigue recovery,so as to prove the feasibility of this relaxation method.Research results:(1)Yoga relaxation training has a significantly reduced impact on rowers ’ heart rate,P <0.01.(2)Yoga relaxation training significantly reduces rower blood lactic acid,P<0.01.(3)Yoga relaxation training for rowers serum creatine kinase levels,P <0.01.(4)Yoga relaxation training is stable for rower hemoglobin levels,P <0.01.(5)Yoga relaxation training not only has an obvious effect on the recovery of physical fatigue,but also improves the good and active effect on the recovery of mental fatigue.Greater sense of achievement before and after intervention, decreased ABQ,emotional exhaustion,and negative evaluation of exercise,P <0.01.Research conclusion:(1)Yoga relaxation training has a certain effect on the heart rate of female rowers after exercise training fatigue,can reduce the heart rate,and has a certain effect on the effective recovery of cardiopulmonary function.(2)Yoga relaxation training has a certain effect on the blood lactic acid of female rowers after exercise training fatigue.It can reduce blood lactic acid,accelerate blood circulation,and help rowers to relieve muscle fatigue.(3)yoga relaxation training has a certain effect on the serum creatine kinase of female rowers after exercise training fatigue.The level of serum creatine kinase is relatively stable,which is conducive to the recovery of Rowers’ exercise fatigue.(4)yoga relaxation training has a certain impact on the hemoglobin of female rowers after exercise training fatigue.The level of hemoglobin is relatively stable,which has a certain impact on the recovery of athletes’ exercise fatigue.(5)Yoga relaxation training not only helps to eliminate muscle fatigue and promote the recovery of sports ability,prevent soft tissue injury,improve sports performance,but also helps to alleviate athletes’ subjective fatigue,make athletes energetic,enhance their sense of achievement,and reduce the negative evaluation of sports.
