After the beach volleyball joined into the Olympics, it has rised more and more concern, in the 08 Beijing Olympic Games, the International Olympic Committee made Beijing which city to hold the beach volleyball, from that you can see what an important status the beach volleyball made in the international sporting events. Moreover, the beach volleyball events'successfully holding in Beijing has further confirmed the possibility of carrying out beach volleyball'events in beijing colleges and universities.With the method of questionnaire investigation, the author sent out questionnaires to coaches, athletes (A and B group) and an average students of 14 colleges and universities which participate in beach volleyball. And through field visits and expert interviews, to make further in-depth discussion and addition that accesses to the present situation of beach volleyball. Then carring out first-hand present situation of beach volleyball school teaching, extra-curricular activities, training and competition of beijing colleges and universities.Using swot analysis tools to classify the status of beijing colleges and universities. To detect its own competitive strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate the external environment threats and opportunities effectively, and then come to rely on reverse-type strategy, taking into account the positive aspects of other three strategy, then developing a reasonable plan which makes the Beach Volleyball of Beijing University to the growth-oriented strategic direction. It's the direction of improving present situation of the beach volleyball in beijing colleges and universities.Under the guidance of the development strategy, this paper made a promote planning of beijing colleges and universities's beach volleyball based on further logical analysis, deductive reasoning. And through experts' amendmenting and confirmating, this paper carries out a practical planning.
