Nowadays,in schools at all levels in our country,the "teacher-centered" teaching structure still holds a dominant position.This kind of teaching structure overemphasizes teacher's leading function,but neglects the subject status of students, which leads to the low level of the motivation and interest in learning.Student's loss of subjective consciousness and mental ossification can not meet the community's need for innovative talents. Because this teaching structure and basic education reformation is a divergence,we must reform this "teacher-centered" teaching structure and build a teaching structure that both displays teacher's leading function and reflects the subject status of students, namely "teacher-led-learner-centered" Teaching structure.This paper first analyses the teaching structure' concept, basic features and division. By analysing we can conclude the main parts of "teacher-led-learner-centered" Teaching structure: David P. Ausubel's meaningful learning, "advance organizer" instructional strategy, motivation theory; Constructivist learning theory and teaching theory. By analysing theoretically "teacher-led-learner-centered" Teaching structure,we can build the "teacher-led-learner-centered"Instructional design model.Then this paper focused on analysis of all aspects of"teacher-led-learnercentered"Instructional design model:Analysis of teaching goals,learning content analysis,learner-profile analysis,the selection and design of teaching and learning strategy,creating teaching situations,the select and design of teaching media and teaching resources,making formative evaluation during teaching process and the adaptation of teaching. At last, the paper apply "teacher-led-learner-centered" Instructional design model to the biology class teaching, to examine its feasibility and influence on students.By experimental study,we can make a preliminary conclusion: instructional design based on "teacher-led-learner-centered" teaching structure is superior to the traditional teaching.It is practical and effective in the biology class teaching of high school.This model can improve the students'marks and interests in learning biology and plays an active role in changing students' learning style.And it also benefits greatly on the teacher professional development.
