Foreign players have a big advantage over domestic ones in physical conditions and technical level; more specifically, with higher weight, foreign players occupy a dominant position in such three technical indexes as rebounds, blocks, dunks.2. On the one hand, foreign players take up the youths'playing time, consequently affecting the training of domestic players and sustainable development of a healthy league. Besides, language as a barrier also influences training quality of players and their performance in the match; on the other hand, foreign players increase competition between players, which not only promotes technical level of domestics players but attract more audiences watching the match.3. Foreign players strengthen scoring ability of a team, and directly affect the results and ranks in the league.4. Introducing foreign players has a great impact on the management of a club. On the one hand, it not only promotes club's incomes such as tickets,sports products and so on, but also furthers developing CBA market; on the other hand, foreign players with high salaries bring huge economic burdens, which goes against the operation and development of the club in the long run, as well as the healthy and stable development of the league.5.
