In today's society education teachers have been widespread concern, teacher education in the process of teaching methods, teaching contents of modern education reform has become an important aspect of the reform. But just how to change education, teachers should how modern education to do to meet demanding teacher education reform has been a teacher debate. This study from thinking habit of training teachers in teacher education, this paper discusses the process of thinking habit, should be introduced teachers education process, the teacher training teachers education reform thinking habit as a measure to education, through the process of teacher training teachers to improve teachers' habits of thinking to the requirements of the modern world. Habits of mind is a particular concept of American scholars Arthur l. Costa and Bena Kallick'book " habits of mind". They will be defined as a man of wisdom in dealing with problems, the dilemma situation and not soon find the answer to the problem characteristics and tendencies. In this concept thinking habit mainly refers to: persistence, management impulse, understanding and empathy to listen, to ask questions and accurate, thinking, learning, some certain behaviors. In the research process of training that habits of mind is to make learners through certain behaviors, these trained to handle a habit of problems. Effectively guide their study and life.This article mainly from the teachers' habits of mind why to develop and take what measures, how to train and cultivate after four aspects discusses how evaluation.First, the understanding the theory of Arthur l. Costa and Bena Kallick'habits of mind, through to the modern teacher should have the quality and the present situation of the development of education teachers in China, on the basis of the analysis of the teacher found the necessity of the cultivation of habits of mind.Secondly, through analyzing the way of Arthur l. Costa and Bena Kallick'habits of mind training , and education and teachers in our country according to the particularity of teachers' team, raises the specific way. of teacher'habits of mind .Again, through using the Arthur l. Costa and Bena Kallick'habits of mind of specific processes, as well as on two courses for learning knowledge, cultivating students' questions exploring and team learning ability, and unremitting spirit education courses, teachers, and carries on the observation of our teacher education status in understanding and based on the analysis of the teacher education, puts forward in the process of curriculum contents and according to the particularity of the instructees training teachers different habits of mind process.Finally, through to the American high school in cultivating habits of mind after period of time, to students' habits of mind of evaluation of teacher education are analyzed, our teacher evaluation and the measures and the existing system ,and some Suggestions for teachers in the habits of mind in evaluating method.
