Cultivating the good habits in mathematical study is an important goal of education, as well as the needing of lifelong learning and social needs. From the aspect of mathematical characteristics, cultivating good habits of mathematical study is helpful for students to improve their ability of thinking, analysis and problem solving. The project of ’one-three-nine’ concerning the habits of mathematical study referred in the passage is one target, three dimension, nine indicators. The research contents includes the study on the literature, the questionnaire research based on the present situation of junior students` mathematical study habits, the experimental study on the strategies of cultivating good habits of mathematical learning. The result of questionnaire survey shows followings: 1,From the aspects of relationship between the learning behaviors in different dimensions, there is a significant difference between the conducting of study plan and the habits of dealing with much learning tasks. 2, From the aspects of relationship between the scores and the habits of learning behaviors, obtain that there is a significant difference between the scores ranking and the habit of solving difficult problems; However, there is less connections between the types of problems and scores ranking. Then, according to the reports of survey, there are some strategies about how to cultivate good habits of mathematical study including: applying multimedia and enriching the teaching means; following the principle of fitting rules while cultivating study habits; trying the accurate teaching and improving the integrity of teaching; teachers should attach importance to teaching research and so on. The article demonstrates the efficiencies of teaching strategies via the study on two different samples and concludes that the teaching strategies referred in the passage are apparently effective in helping different students improving their scores. However, there is a little differences concerning the acceptant time between the students in different levels, as well as the magnitude of learning progress and the working time.
