Faculty Of Arts Students Education System Of The Phased Target

In recent years, the difficult employment for university students has become a hot issue. In such a situation, there are distinct difference among the subject, major and the level of the school. The liberal art students is the representative, especially the difficult employment and unemployment rate of regular institutions of higher learning is more than that of the science students and the liberal art students from better school.In this paper, the author makes the liberal arts as the research object, analyzing the common phenomenon of the difficult employment and the low employment rate. The paper indicates the liberal art students should train five kinds of qualities and ten abilities. Only in this can change the overall situation of the low employment and high unemployment. The paper puts forward that objective of the education system in stages, and comprehensively improves the overall quality of university students and core competitiveness, adapting to social development needs. In order to achieve this effect, and also put forward a five-point security mechanism.
