Study On The System Of The Target Cost Management Of Supply Chain On The Basic Of Activity

Wushu classes have greatly promoted the popularization and development of wushu sports in China.Henan Wushu-characterised School is set up to promote the development of Wushu,whose fundamental tenet is to promote the development of Wushu's career,schoolyard wuchu and the growth of adolescents,and meantime it is of great significance for wushu itself and teenagers,and it is an important measure in the process of school development.The development and teaching of Wushu course of Wushu characteristic school in the north of Henan Province can grasp the direction of teenagers' interest,cultivate the lifelong concept of youth sports strength,strengthen the physique of young people and improve the quality of the whole nation.By means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on,this article takes the 26 martial arts schools which have been accepted in the north of Henan Province in 2017 as the investigation object,from the characteristics of Wushu class,the present situation of Wushu teaching,the students' cognition of Wushu class and the extracurricular Wushu activities of the students in the Northern Henan Province,investigated and analyzed the present situation of Wushu characteristics in the Northern Henan Province.The shortcomings of Wushu School Wushu Course Development in the Northern Henan Province are found out,and the suggestions for the development of Wushu characteristic schools in the Northern Henan Province are put forward to make a point for the all-round development of Wushu School Wushu course in Henan province.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to make a contribution.The conclusions are as follows:The system and methods of Wushu courses in the school of Wushu in the north of Henan are not perfect,some school leaders care less about it,and the characteristics are not outstanding;the demandfor the young physical education teachers of the martial arts is increased,but some teachers of some martial arts are the transformation of the physical education teachers,and the teachers' knowledge,skills and the ways of learning are relatively simple.2.the martial arts teaching materials and teaching contents of the martial arts school in the north of Henan Province increased the self selected teaching material and the self-developed teaching material;the local Wushu characteristic boxing was a school-based curriculum,but found the depth is not enough;the time of the martial arts class can be guaranteed;the teachers need to be strengthened in the teaching methods,teaching forms and examination methods.3.There are no specialized field facilities for martial arts courses in the martial arts schools in the north of Henan Province.There are more complex types and no protection measures;students are more satisfied with Wushu classes,but the ways to contact and understand Wushu are relatively one-sided;students hope to achieve the purpose of strengthening physical fitness and defending self-defense through the study of martial arts;students are going to inherit martial arts.In addition,The students' awareness of Wushu culture is low.and Students expect teachers to be strengthened and increased opportunities for communication.Students' Extracurricular Wushu activities are less autonomous learning and less total time.In view of the shortcomings of the present situation of Wushu classes in the martial arts schools in the north of Henan Province,the following countermeasures are put forward in this paper: reform the teaching idea of Wushu class,improve the students' understanding of Wushu;strengthen the construction of the teachers of Wushu class;improve the teaching environment of Wushu class,and increase the time for students' extracurricular exercise.Wushu culture education should be carried out with the influence of Wushu masters,and propaganda work should be strengthened.To promote the normalization,systematization,standardization and characteristic of the school construction of Wushu characteristics,weshould increase the cognition of martial arts school leaders to Wushu,increase the construction of the leading group,promote the improvement of Wushu related systems,promote the standardization of Wushu courses,and form a teaching atmosphere with local Wushu characteristics;and use the network to use the network.By using the advanced media,such as network,website,public number,and "martial arts wall" and other means,we will comprehensively promote Wushu sports.
