Objective:Skeletal age is the best indicator of reflecting the maturity of bone development of the youth which is more accurately than the age of reflecting developmental maturity. The aim of the study is understanding the development of post-modern youth and young women's hand wrist skeletal the degree of development through interpretation of adolescent and youth development the latter part of the Ministry of Women's hand wrist skeletal using bone age evaluation method and quantitative analysis of the late puberty dry completely healed to the epiphyseal line epiphyseal disappear at the same time in order to extend the latter part of bone age of puberty judged to provide reliable data and information. Meanwhile, it provides a concrete and feasible approach to sporting events in different age groups, especially large age group division It plays the role of complement and improvement to the interpretation of bone age in the general population in order to ensure an extension of bone age assessment.
