However, will all of those wonderful things disappear in near future? Facing the phenomenon of counterfeits Olympic visual signs, what can we do? All of this accelerates this research on the protection of the legacy from the 29th Olympics in Beijing.This paper is wrote on the base of synthesizing the theory about Legacy and Olympics, starts with the concept of Olympics'Legacy in Beijing, then analyzes its connotation, integrates with the theory relating to public resources, and finally forms the system of the protection of the 29th Olympics in Beijing.This paper elaborates the subject and the object for the protection system. The subject is that the individuals or institutions carry out or organize the protections, an integrate including the government, the public, the community, the commercial agency, and the media; while the object is all of the legacy that needs to protect, including the civil and environmental legacy, the sports legacy, the economical and tourism legacy, strategic legacy, cultural and social legacy, educational and documentary legacy and technological legacy.Among this research, combined with the theory relating to legacy, it elaborates the principles of carrying out protections, and focusing on the specific strategies of how to protect.
