| By doing research on and analyzing the game play videos of various excellent female shake-hand grip offensive player in the world, the author compared players with inverted sponge on both sides of their rackets and players with inverted sponge on one side and pips-out sponge on the other side of their rackets. Based on this and also taking into account the new development in and influence given by the implementation of the new regulations on the shake-hand grip offensive play, the author tried to summarize some common and regular problems of this playing type and had a deep analysis of and explored into the future developing direction of it. The author hopes that this article could provide a scientific theoretical foundation for the further development of the technique of women's shake-hand grip offensive play.The author in this article has conducted the counting and analysis by reading documents and materials, interviewing experts, watching videos, mathematical assessment and logical analysis. The conclusion is as follows:1 Shake-hand grip offensive players with inverted sponge on both sides of their rackets such as Zhang Yining, Guo Yue, Li xiaoxia, and Liu Shiwen have their own features. They generally are strong in rally and have a good control on the rhythm. However, they have room to improve on the intention and capacity of attack after serve. The young players need to improve on their stability and skill subtleness.2 Shake-hand grip offensive players with inverted sponge on one side and pips-out sponge on the other side of their rackets such as Li Jiawei, Wang Yuegu, Ai Fukuhara and Jiang Huajun have certain threats, but their strength is generally weaker than the players with inverted sponge on both sides. Their special and stable skills on pip-out sponge are their main weapons, but their forehand and backhand skills are unbalanced. They also do not have good control of the rhythm and have much to improve on handling spinning ball. 3 Compared with each other, there are no obvious differences between the rates of using the three phases. Shake-hand grip offensive players with inverted sponges on both sides get more scores than players with pip-out sponge on one side and inverted sponge on the other side during rally. The players of the first category have great advantage in rally. They are obviously different there. There are no obvious difference in attack after serve phase and attack on serve phase.4 The reform on introducing inorganic glue makes changed the spin, speed and power of the ball. It has certain influences on the shake-hand grip offensive play. Shake-hand grip offensive players shall strengthen the graze to compensate the lost of spin. They have to learn to borrow power from the opponents and positively use their force during defence. Furthermore, they must strength their speed, power and degree of cooperation of different body parts in training. |
