Women Care Under The Equal Rights

Gender equality is the performance of social civilization and progress .The development of social civilization since the equality of rights has been the consensus of modern society, the world for women's advancement, to achieve gender equality and create a favorable legal environment. Most countries has a policy of gender equality in legal form, protection of the rights of women are also scattered in various sectoral laws. However, it has been that the goal of equal rights is the pursuit of equality of legal personality. This determined, a dollar of equity to prevent multi-level awareness of the equality concept, limits the operation of equality in practice, however, many development, gender inequality is still prevalent in society .In this paper, eminist legal equality has evolved from in-depth analysis of the development rights for the position of men and the cause, and introduced in the context of the unequal status of women's rights, women's rights and equality principles through dialogue, discusses exactly the same equality can only be understood on an equal basis, is the view of the first level of equality, and equal view of the second level is the difference between the legal treatment of the paper emphasizes the equality does not deny the distinction between the legal treatment of women's care should be comprehensive, calling for law and society should pay special attention to the rights of women in the private sphere, and then in the last part of this concern for women's rights on the specific system construction is discussed.
