As the core of the society and an important power to maintain national stability and national union, culture represents the main axis relate to the fate of the country and the nation’s future. With the advent of economic globalization and the development of technology, culture from different countries and different nations meet and communicate with each other. Economic globalization has become an irreversible global trend. During the trend, spiritual factors such as values, ethics, customs and ideology push through their limitations of location and life style and going global, which forms the globalization of national culture and the localization of world culture. Serves as the core of comprehensive education and an important part of social culture, moral education develop and affect the overall culture situation. Moral education in middle school represents a fundamental branch of moral education and a practical activity tailored for middle school students in accordance with their unique characteristics of physical and psychological development. And the conflict and integration of culture globalization push ahead the development of comprehensive transform of the country’s education and are becoming increasingly modern. Stand in the center of the conflict, moral education in middle school are facing unprecedented chance and challenge. As "a double-edged sword", cultural globalization on one hand brings unprecedented opportunities to the development of middle school moral education and played an important role in promoting the update of the value ideology, enhancing practicality, on the other hand brings challenges and puzzles. First, cultural globalization increases difficulties in foster the values of middle school students and exert great influence on the process of value identification and value choice. Second, under the background of cultural globalization, great changes happened in economic, political and culture field, by which people are puzzled to choose the right approach to adjust middle school moral education and the right principle to deal with the rapid advancements of cultural globalization. With the development of the times and globalization, every country in the world benefit from the integration, especially in the economic field. But the aim and task of middle school moral education did not suit the cultural homogenization and diversified development trend, which brings new challenges to the moral education. Facing the bidirectional influence, middle school moral education on one hand makes full use of every beneficial factor and on the other hand takes up effective, comprehensive and positive strategy to deal withthe cultural globalization. The first step is to identify the right culture position, accept the existence of diversified culture in the integration and collision progress, and improve their cultural self-consciousness in accordance of the code of "harmony without uniformity". Secondly, during the cultural globalization, middle school moral education has to follow certain rules to optimize its contents and aims. Finally, the main negative effect of cultural globalization lies in the conflict with the aims, by which include most of the needs in middle school. Therefore, under the background of cultural globalization, new adjustments and advancements have to be made.
