This paper focuses on conditions in a pluralistic society, interest groups may impact on the legislation. Interest groups is a common interest, and for the common good and common action, to influence legislative decision-making groups. To achieve the research, the article mainly the interests of the United States as a research reference group, summed up the legislative process of the impact of interest groups, the general rule. The formation of interest groups need a certain social background, and has its own unique features, combining these features, you can do the type of interest group research. Interest groups influence the legislative process, the legitimacy of a large, reflecting its value and instrumental value of independence. Of course, interest groups exert influence on the legislative process, will also bring some negative negative impact on this, should put the appropriate method of regulation.
