The world today is undergoing a comprehensive and profound changes, economic globalization and the new technological revolution has poses a severe challenge to the vocational education system. Faced with these challenges, vocational education in various countries of the world are carrying out the ongoing reforms, and the simple job skills training has started to turn to the comprehensive professional quality training. Training on professional quality of secondary vocational school students can not only make them adapt to society quickly, but also adapt to the conversion from students to professional people, and lay a solid foundation for their lifelong learning and the further development of vocational capabilities. At present, the application of experiential training in adult outward bound is in wide range. This study is aimed to design experiential educational models for secondary vocational school teachers, pay attention to training students'professional quality, emphasize students'subject status and interaction in teaching process, make learning content link to real life closely, mobilize students'study initiative and enthusiasm fully, so that we can make students dig their own, face up their own, beyond themselves, enhance their capacity of career decision-making and planning during the experience process.This study surrounded students'professional quality training and the application of experience education in vocational education, carried out action research, the main contents and basic theory are as follows:First, explained the connotation of professional quality, and the level secondary vocational students should reach, advanced teaching strategies adapting to students.Second, explained the instructional design program in this research systematically, advanced "experiential" professional quality training mode, and introduced the details of its structure and implementation process.Again, researchers regarded the computer department students of grade 09 in Shenyang national vocational school as research object, adopted questionnaire, interview and participant observation to collect data, did one-month follow-up survey under the collaboration of teachers, and evaluated the effectiveness of experienced teaching. In the end, generalizing full text, summarized the advantages of "experienced" educational mode, questions during the implementation process, and problems in Follow-up study.
