| Teaching design,in short,refers to the education practice workers(mainly refers to the teacher)who do system planning arrangement of teaching activities and decisions in order to achieve certain teaching objectives.The process of teaching design is actually formulated a blueprint for the teaching activity process.Through the teaching design,teachers can grasp the whole basic progress of teachers’ teaching activities.They also can determine the reasonable teaching goal according to the needs of teaching situation and the characteristics of the students.And then they can choose the appropriate teaching methods teaching strategy,USES the effective teaching method,create good teaching environment,implement feasible evaluation scheme to ensure the smooth progress of teaching activities.In addition,through the teaching design,teachers can also effectively master students’ initial state and the state of the class.So the teachers can adjust teaching strategy method,take the necessary measures of teaching and lay a good foundation for the next stage of teaching.In this sense,the teaching design is the basic guarantee for the teaching activities smoothly.Good teaching design can provide scientific program of action for teaching activities,make the teacher yield twice the result with half the effort in the teaching work and obtain good teaching effect.Ignoring the teaching design is not only difficult to gain good teaching effect,easy to make teaching detour and affect the completion of tasks of teaching.From the reality of secondary vocational moral education teaching,this paper study the outline of moral education,the teaching design theory,investigation and analysis of students’actual situation,the economic,political and social workers with high quality.The content of the section of teaching design,and teaching practice,reflection and evaluation after class,find the direction of future efforts.The article is divided into three parts-introduction,body and conclusion.An introduction is the first part,including putting forward the problems,the significance of research,and the research status of innovation d at home and abroad.Teaching design research of "high quality workers" can help students to establish correct concept of career and career ideal,determine goals,and make good use of time in school and plan for future practice and employment.In addition,a lot of teaching design is the teachers’ teaching material combined with actual conditions of students.And the choice of the specific reason is unclear.The author divides secondary vocational school moral education curriculum on "workers with high quality" into several parts.This lesson teaching design combines teaching theory with the course design.It can not only conform to the teaching theory of universality,particularity also highlights this class content students’background and so on.The completion of the teaching design is applied to teaching practice.The teachers fill the shortage of the early stage of design according to the evaluation of the teachers and students evaluation of.The second part,the body part is composed of three contentsFirst,this paper introduces the teaching design and the principles of "the workers of high quality".It analyzes the curriculum standard Outline of moral education requests and the actual situation of practical teaching of the students,studies the monograph of the research on teaching design,analyzes the teaching target teaching methods teaching time,design the teachers and students activities,etc.Second,on the basis of the analysis,study teaching design and the design intent,teachers has carried on the teaching practice.When teaching practice is over,they carry on self evaluation,students’ evaluation and peer evaluation to improve it.I learned a lot from the students,such as hope for the future;At the end of the emotional goal,in front of the flag,I feel the most closely relationship with students;I feel the most anxious or depressed when students are indifferent;I feel this class is meaningful to the student,It is also fruitful for myself.But using traditional teaching methods,teachers and students easily restricted by the teacher selected cases.The active consciousness of students is not strong and the vision is not wide.Teachers should let students to find the case that can be used in class.Teaching content is also limited in the textbook knowledge and case studies.There is no breakthrough,even though the final emotional attitude values goal can be achieved.But I don’t know how to keep its persistence.Third,the reflection of teaching design of"high-quality laborers".It needs to solve problems including stimulating students’ interests in learning before class,the students’learning attention in class,and the teaching effect after class.The problem of solving in the future:I adopted to compare the traditional teaching method,display arrangement task in order to achieve the teaching goal.Is this teaching method helpful to stick to let moral education to achieve the goal of teaching?Is there a better way of teaching?I have tried to arrange students to collect the required case in class.Due to cultural level,students hardly tend to sort out the core meaning of case.The students often become a mere formality and can’t to find the deeper meaning in displaying case.How to solve this kind of problem?The third part is conclusion.In this paper,the study of "high-quality laborers" of teaching design lets the teachers and students get a better understanding of the moral education curriculum requirements.The teacher effectively carries on "the education of ideal and belief","the education of Chinese spirit","Morality education","career education"and "psychological health education".The teaching design research of"High-quality laborers" can help us to promote the educational reform,found a variety of teaching methods of moral education,develop and utilize the curriculum resources of moral education.At the same time,the teaching design can let the class go outside and make enterprise enter the classroom.As a secondary vocational moral education teacher,I have a long way to go. |
